Reiki

Reiki offers a subtle method of energy healing that assists the body’s own innate healing capabilities by restoring its natural flow.
I specialise in harmonic healing techniques, channelling both spiritual and earth energies to offer a unified frequency of unconditional love.
This harmonising frequency can dissolve mental and emotional blocks while balancing the chakra system, bringing about a sense of balance and heart-centredness.
Each session incorporates healing sound elements, through mantras, prayer bowls and 528hz frequency music.
Therapeutic Touch
1 hour
During these sessions, I provide attentive, therapeutic touch designed to move energy blockages in the body, release tension and facilitate a state of relaxation.
I listen deeply to your body signal’s, intuitively locating areas requiring therapeutic touch through various techniques including pressure, tapping, stroking and/or holding.
This therapeutic approach helps to regulate the nervous system, which may have become stuck in a heightened state of sympathetic activation due to stressful life events and/or experiences.
These sessions also create a space and opportunity for you to share your troubles while being fully heard within a nurturing and supportive environment.
Therapeutic touch typically brings a sense of lightness of being and clarity of mind.
Soul Journey
2.5 hours
These sessions are a deep dive into your soul journey and include embodiment meditation, guided self-enquiry, bodywork, Reiki, healing sounds and guided meditation / inner journey.
Together we’ll enquire into your current triggers or challenges and will then journey into your Sacred Heart Temple where you connect with the part of you that is ready to be witnessed, met, felt and integrated.
You are supported to release what is no longer serving this part of you, be it unexpressed emotions or unhelpful thought patterns / belief systems.
As a soul guide, I create a beautiful, sacred and safe space of non-judgement and unconditional love, for you to be as you are.

Integration Session
1 hour
Integration sessions are highly recommended as follow-up support after a Soul Journey.
A Soul Journey can bring about many changes within ourselves, and in our lives, so during these sessions I can hold a safe, non-judgemental space for you to process these changes.
There is the option to receive Therapeutic Touch and/or Reiki during these sessions.
Holosomatic Bodywork
1.5 hours
These sessions involve going on a deep dive into the physical body and locating areas of tension that may be holding stuck energy and emotions. I will take you on a journey to release this through breathwork, bodywork, sound and movement.
During these sessions I guide you to pendulate between titration (activating a release) and resourcing (resting after a release), to induce a sense of clarity and restoration.
This pendulation not only facilitates a healthy and safe expression of suppressed emotion, but also retrains the nervous system which may have become overactivated or stuck. It supports the nervous system to regulate and to find balance between sympathetic and parasympathetic arousal.

Wisdom Calls

Wisdom calls create a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can express any ongoing challenges and/or emotional triggers.
Through deep and attentive listening, I can offer intuitive insights, reflections and guidance.
These sessions can bring a greater sense of self-awareness and a deeper understanding of the actions you could take in order to bring your life into alignment with your soul.

Soul Journey Packages
Embarking on this journey is a true gift to yourself and is one that I would be honoured to guide you on.
Soul journeying is very deep, transformative work and so I offer packages of 3 and 6 months in order to serve you the best I can.
Within each month I will offer you a 2.5 hour soul journey session and a 1 hour integration session. I will also offer you pre-recorded meditations and a self-care guide to assist you between sessions.
